Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in custodial or maintenance roles preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm
- Reliable transportation or use of provided parking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of cleaning agents and equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in janitorial, hospitality, or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Clean and tidy restrooms, breakrooms, and executive suites
- Clean glass doors, sanitize handles, wipe tables and remotes, remove fingerprints from consoles, and clean whiteboards
- Clean cabinets, refill hand sanitizers, and replace tissue boxes as needed
- Tuck in visible wires, close unused sockets, and clean floors as needed
- Lightly spray air freshener
- Wipe down white tables and chairs, dust surfaces, check and empty trash bins, and vacuum floors as needed
- Dust surfaces, wipe counters, clean microwave and coffee machines, sanitize printer, replenish paper
- Replace tissue boxes, check showers for bugs, pour deodorizer solution down shower drains weekly
- Check and replenish paper towels in both ladies and men’s restrooms, empty trash bins and spray air freshener
- Clean microwaves, wipe counters and cabinets, empty and clean coffee machines
- Clean lobby glass, sanitize doors, check and empty trash bins, wipe elevator buttons, sweep and mop floors, lightly spray Lysol
