Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced experience in airline technical operations, 3rd party maintenance repair and overhaul, private/general aviation, or military technical planning
- U.S. citizenship or current work authorization without sponsorship
- Ability to work from Dallas, TX headquarters during business hours
- Ability to work weekends, shifts, and holidays
- Ability to maintain company appearance and attendance standards
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to use a computer and office productivity tools effectively
- Ability to work extended periods at limited space workstations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced level experience in FAR121 or FAR135 airline technical operations or 3rd party maintenance repair and overhaul
- Experience in private/general aviation or military technical planning and maintenance scheduling
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Explorer
- Familiarity with technical publications such as task cards, engineering orders, and aircraft manuals
- Ability to manage aircraft-level projects and communicate progress
- Ability to navigate and update databases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use computerized data collection and maintenance automation systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make critical decisions in a changing environment
Job Duties
- Forecast, schedule, and optimize line overnight ETOPS fleet maintenance including dual maintenance restrictions and communications to maintenance stations
- Review daily operations exceptions and aircraft misroutes collaborating with Flight Dispatch to correct aircraft routing
- Schedule and manage short-term critical fleet campaigns
- Manage Day 0 scheduled maintenance during irregular operations and flight schedule disruptions
- Communicate and support Maintenance Control, Maintenance Stations, and Flight Dispatch
- Audit and review daily maintenance reports ensuring timely scheduling of maintenance
- Research, authorize, and process carryovers of scheduled maintenance tasks
- Research, authorize, and communicate aircraft manual unlock notifications
- Schedule and coordinate actions related to inactive aircraft including parking and potable water disinfection
- Oversee workload vs. capacity expectations for Line overnight, hangar overnight, and multi-shift maintenance visits
- Manage annual potable water sampling and quarterly disinfects as per EPA mandates
- Coordinate daily deferred defects, MELs, CDL's, and ad hoc tasks
- Assess and manage part shortages with Material Stores, AOG, and MX Control
- Perform other duties as directed by leadership
