Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- minimum ten years of experience in flight operations environment
- strong basic management skills
- strong human relations and communication skills
- working knowledge of federal aviation regulations and AQP
- ability to collaborate effectively with different entities
- willingness to perform other assigned duties

Job Duties
- Plan, organize, direct, monitor and control flight crew member training activities
- manage multi-media productions related to training
- develop and maintain training curriculum
- oversee crew training records
- coordinate with stakeholders to incorporate human factors best practices into training programs
- ensure compliance with federal aviation regulations and AQP
- perform other duties as assigned
