Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in high volume banquet operation
- Minimum 5 years of direct management experience
- Proficient with purchasing, budgeting and scheduling software
- Proficient in MS office suite
- English proficiency
- Serve Safe Food Protection Manager certification within 14 days of employment
- Strong financial acumen
Job Qualifications

- Culinary or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years in high volume banquet operation
- Minimum 5 years of direct management experience required
- Strong skills required in purchasing, budgeting and scheduling software
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- English proficiency required, bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
- Serve Safe Food Protection Manager certification required within 14 days of employment
- Strong financial acumen
Job Duties
- Responsible for guest satisfaction, upholding standards, and financial performance of the food and beverage operations
- Oversees multiple chefs and kitchen personnel to create a strong team relationship
- Commands a strong safety culture within the team
- Reviews and manages P&L for fiscal year and attends monthly P&L meetings
- Manages the human resource, financial and administrative responsibilities as they pertain to direct reports
- Accurately schedules staff to business level based on forecast
- Accurately produces daily reports and conducts self audits
- Orders and maintains inventory control of restaurant kitchen products
- Conducts monthly kitchen self-audits for adherence to health department and F&B department standards of excellence
