Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certified Meeting Professional certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years event management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and mail merge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak periods
  • Valid passport for international travel

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certified Meeting Professional certification preferred
  • Over 5 years of event management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including mail merge, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and with teams
  • Understanding of diversity, foreign cultures and customs
  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and forecast event margins
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute in-person and digital events including registration management, event operations and on-site execution
  • Communicate logistical details of events with internal departments
  • Build and manage online registration websites with customized functionality
  • Manage attendee registration and use multiple event systems
  • Act as producer or co-producer of digital events to manage event flow and support technical needs
  • Prepare and assemble event materials including badges and signage
  • Provide on-site support and lead internal planning meetings
