Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in corporate or conference center management preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Warm and engaging demeanor
- Ability to comprehend and analyze complex documents
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to work in multiple software platforms
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Direct advanced primary calendar for medium to large-scale gatherings and functions space
- Handle each event as a project from planning through execution, including crafting and leading detailed event planning timelines
- Participate and/or lead planning calls and ensure compliance with building safety and security regulations
- Coordinate with internal partners and outside vendors to manage client expectations
- Manage food and beverage planning in collaboration with clients
- Serve as key contact to ensure seamless event delivery by the operations team
- Capture post-event reporting and suggest recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Assist with budget creation and ensure budget adherence and timely invoice management
