Job Requirements

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • minimum 3-4 years of experience in front desk, concierge, customer service or hospitality
  • open and flexible work schedules
  • ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and memos and ask clarifying questions
  • comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor
  • apply a high level of attention to detail and strong verbal and written skills
  • ability to perform physical tasks including significant walking, standing for long periods, bending, stooping, pushing or pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
  • greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • record and log service requests and track the statuses
  • provide administrative aid to the event team as needed
  • deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
  • build and maintain a database of local business recommendations including preferred transportation sources and dining
  • follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
  • notify appropriate parties to ensure safety
  • acknowledge inquiries or complaints from clients and staff
  • provide professional solutions
  • resolve problems and identify approaches to accomplish team objectives
  • establish new techniques to meet objectives
  • ensure personal and team outcomes positively impact customer objectives
  • lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE values
  • provide support for meetings and events
  • coordinate guest services including arrival experience, transportation, signage, and event security
  • create a hospitable environment for attendees and vendors on event days
  • assist with conference room turnover and midday refresh
  • respond to event activities such as gathering supplies and managing food and beverage services
  • organize and inventory event supplies
  • escalate potential issues as appropriate
  • use existing procedures to solve problems
  • follow defined procedures under supervision
  • suggest improvements to processes and solutions
