Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of previous restaurant management or related experience
- Working knowledge of the Micros POS system is preferred
- Good math skills and hospitality management skills are strong ranking factors
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor

Job Duties
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation and profitability of your assigned location
- Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
- Communicating job expectations
- planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
- planning and reviewing compensation actions
- Enforcing policies and procedures as determined by corporate management
- Controls cost by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation, including minimizing waste and ensuring high quality of preparation
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to grow and develop community relations
