Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a large team
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of current trends and innovations in food and beverage operations
- Experience managing budgets and financial forecasting
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to operate motorized vehicles and perform physical tasks such as lifting 25 pounds
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long or short periods
- Able to maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules including any required overtime
- Must be sensitive to guest needs and act within company guidelines
- Ability to adapt to changes and tolerate a fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Occasional travel may be required

Job Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of food and beverage at Piedmont, Cason's Tap Room, and the Azalea Market including budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and staffing
- Hire, train, and motivate a high-performing team of food and beverage professionals including chefs, cooks, servers, and bartenders
- Work closely with other departments such as sales and marketing to coordinate food and beverage offerings for events and special occasions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures
- Manage the guest feedback process to continuously improve the guest experience
- Demonstrate proven success in managing food and beverage teams with a track record of delivering exceptional service and profitability
- Oversee scheduling and labor cost management to optimize operational efficiency
