Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years experience in 14 CFR Part 121 training
- airline transport pilot certificate
- strong understanding of FAA regulations
- excellent communication skills
- leadership and organizational skills
- proficiency in curriculum design
- familiarity with advanced training technologies
- ability to work full-time
- ability to work outside standard hours if required
- physical ability to perform job duties
Job Qualifications
- Airline transport pilot certificate
- strong understanding of FAA regulatory requirements including 14 CFR Part 121 and Advisory Circulars
- minimum of 5 years experience in a 14 CFR Part 121 training department
- proven experience in curriculum development
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- proficiency in training program development and curriculum design
- familiarity with flight training devices and full-flight simulators
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- extensive background as simulator instructor or check airman preferred
- experience supporting training for Dispatchers, Flight Attendants, or Loadmasters preferred
- prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- knowledge of change management principles
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Job Duties
- Design, develop, and update standardized training curricula
- lead ongoing evaluation and enhancement of training programs
- ensure training programs meet FAA regulatory requirements
- train, evaluate, and standardize instructors
- provide guidance, feedback, and observe training sessions
- collaborate with cross-functional teams
- oversee simulator-based training and proficiency checks
- monitor and report on training program performance
- provide leadership and mentorship to training staff
- strategize and implement program initiatives
