Job Requirements
- Airline transport pilot certificate
- understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations
- minimum 5 years experience in Part 121 training
- experience in curriculum development and training improvement
- strong FAA regulatory knowledge

- proficiency in training development and instructor standardization
- familiarity with advanced training technologies
- ability to collaborate across departments
- flexibility to work outside standard hours

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in 14 CFR Part 121 training department
- proven curriculum development skills
- strong understanding of FAA regulations including 14 CFR Part 121
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and leadership abilities
- proficiency in training program development and instructor standardization
- familiarity with flight training devices and full-flight simulators
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- extensive experience as a simulator instructor or check airman preferred
- skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- experience supporting training for Dispatchers, Flight Attendants, or Loadmasters preferred
- prior management or supervisory experience in a Part 121 training environment
- knowledge of change management and evaluation processes
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Duties
- Design, develop, and update standardized training curricula
- lead evaluation and enhancement of training programs
- ensure training programs meet FAA regulatory requirements
- train, evaluate, and standardize instructors
- provide guidance and support to instructors
- collaborate with cross-functional departments
- oversee simulator-based training and proficiency checks
- monitor and report on training program performance
- provide leadership and mentorship to training staff
- strategize and implement training initiatives
- perform additional duties to support department goals
