Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 7 years marketing and/or hospitality experience in a guest-facing or destination environment
- Minimum 3 years people leadership experience managing managers and large teams
- Experience overseeing P&Ls and driving financial performance in hospitality settings
- Strong background in guest services, onsite events, food and beverage, or retail operations
- Ability to lead through influence, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive culture in fast-paced environment
- Skill in planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple initiatives concurrently
- Comfort working with data, KPIs, and systems that support operational efficiency
- Passion for hospitality, storytelling, and creating memorable guest experiences
- High level understanding of guest experience and food and beverage operations including materials, production, and process
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI reporting
- Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with navigating change
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment, post-offer background check

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, HR, EHS&S, and finance to deliver cohesive, premium experiences that bring the brand to life on-site
- Develop new and differentiating visitor experiences that grow traffic and increase time spent on-site
- Champion the Sierra Nevada brand experience across all guest-facing operations ensuring every interaction reflects company values
- Shape the long-term vision for breweries as flagship destinations celebrating craft, culture, and connection
- Own financial performance across guest-facing business units including budgets, P&Ls, labor efficiency, and operational KPIs
- Establish and monitor success metrics such as guest traffic, revenue, satisfaction, labor utilization, and engagement to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, OSHA, accessibility standards, and all regulatory and company policies in partnership with EHS
- Elevate guest experience standards by developing and reinforcing consistent hospitality practices and SOPs across all touchpoints
- Drive innovation and efficiency by identifying operational gaps and implementing new systems or technologies to elevate service quality and profitability
- Partner with brand, innovation, and integrated marketing to enhance storytelling, product launches, and loyalty programs
- Oversee guest relations and service recovery to ensure thoughtful resolution and protect brand loyalty
- Develop and mentor leaders across food & beverage, tours, retail, and onsite events
- Create a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous development supporting high performance and retention
- Lead annual strategic planning for brewery experience and hospitality aligning site priorities with enterprise goals
- Build and maintain local partnerships to deepen community ties and drive repeat visitation
- Integrate sustainability principles into all guest-facing operations
- Oversee facility operations to ensure seamless flow between taproom, tours, retail, and events
- Partner with brewery experience team across locations to share best practices and drive consistency in hospitality standards
