Job Requirements
- You must be at least 21 years of age to work for Sierra Nevada Brewing Co
- Selected candidate must pass a pre-employment, post offer background check
- Position is based out of our Chico, CA brewery
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field or any combination of experience and education with comparable knowledge
- 7 years marketing and/or hospitality experience in guest-facing or destination environment
- 3 years people leadership experience including managing managers and large teams
- Experience overseeing P&Ls and driving financial performance
- Strong background in guest services, onsite events, food and beverage, or retail operations
- Ability to lead through influence and collaborate cross-functionally
- Skill in planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple initiatives
- Comfort working with data, KPIs, and operational systems
- Passion for hospitality, storytelling, and creating memorable guest experiences
- High-level understanding of guest experience and food and beverage operations
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
- Adaptable and flexible
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, EHS&S, and Finance to deliver cohesive, premium experiences
- Develop new and differentiating visitor experiences that grow traffic and increase time spent on-site
- Champion the Sierra Nevada brand experience across all guest-facing operations
- Shape the long-term vision for our breweries as flagship destinations blending business performance with guest satisfaction
- Own financial performance including budgets, P&Ls, labor efficiency, and operational KPIs
- Establish and monitor success metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, OSHA requirements, accessibility standards, and company policies
- Elevate guest experience standards by developing consistent hospitality practices and SOPs
- Drive innovation and efficiency by identifying operational gaps and implementing new systems
- Partner with Brand, Innovation, and Integrated Marketing to enhance storytelling and loyalty programs
- Oversee guest relations and service recovery to protect brand loyalty
- Develop and mentor leaders across F&B, tours, retail, and events
- Create a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous development
- Lead annual strategic planning aligning with enterprise goals
- Build and maintain local partnerships to deepen community ties
- Integrate sustainability principles into guest-facing operations
- Oversee facility operations ensuring seamless flow between taproom, tours, retail, and events
- Partner with Brewery Experience teams across locations to share best practices and drive hospitality consistency
