Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, food safety, or related fields
  • 5+ years leading sanitation and hygienic design in manufacturing facilities
  • 8+ years relevant food safety and quality experience in food, beverage, or flavor industry
  • Knowledge and experience managing pest control programs
  • Auditing proficiencies through training or certification
  • PCQI and/or HACCP certification
  • Team leadership experience
  • Project management and change management experience
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, develop, and communicate global quality and regulatory strategy

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, food safety, or related fields
  • 5+ years leading sanitation and hygienic design in manufacturing facilities
  • 8+ years relevant food safety and quality experience in food, beverage, or flavor industry
  • Knowledge and experience managing pest control programs
  • Auditing proficiencies through training or certification such as ASQ, CFSQA
  • PCQI and/or HACCP certification
  • Team leadership experience
  • Project management and change management experience
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, develop, and communicate global quality and regulatory strategy

Job Duties

  • Strategic leadership and deployment of global sanitation systems and pest control programs
  • Provide leadership and deployment of the global hygienic design program
  • Partner with sanitation and pest control providers to achieve value and efficiency
  • Drive digitization and automation of sanitation aligned with Quality 4.0 roadmap
  • Develop and monitor standardized global KPIs for sanitation and pest control performance
  • Design and execute training programs to support education and culture of hygiene by design
  • Participate in design, improvement, and execution of risk management tools and assessments
  • Create and lead a community of practices for sanitation and hygiene program owners
