Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, information systems, food science, quality management or related field
  • 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in food safety, quality management or digital transformation
  • 3 years’ experience people management
  • strong understanding of food safety regulations
  • proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong analytical skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, food science, quality management, or related field
  • minimum 10 years experience with at least 5 years in FSQA
  • 3 years people management experience
  • expertise in digital FSQA tools and platforms
  • strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
  • project management and leadership experience
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • certifications such as HACCP or SQF preferred
  • experience in food manufacturing or processing leadership roles

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement a digitalization strategy for FSQA
  • spearhead selection, implementation, and integration of digital FSQA tools
  • analyze and optimize business processes in quality and compliance
  • leverage data analytics for process improvement and reporting
  • ensure regulatory compliance and quality documentation
  • lead change management initiatives for digital adoption
  • communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors
  • build and mentor the FSQA digital team
