Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree required
- minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
- at least 4 years of leadership experience
- proficiency or familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- experience in finance or related field
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related quantitative field
- 6+ years’ experience in finance, consulting, operations management or related function
- 4+ years’ experience in direct people leadership
- experience with data analytics tools such as SQL or Python and data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau is beneficial
- prior airline industry experience is beneficial
Job Duties
- identify and evaluate strategic fleet opportunities including subleases, subfleet decisions and lease extensions
- oversee maintenance of three-statement financial models for current fleet
- manage cash flow forecasting related to heavy maintenance visits
- lead bi-weekly fleet briefings and register management
- coordinate cross-functional communication and alignment including FP&A, Maintenance, Sourcing and Engineering
- manage and mentor financial planning and analysis team members
- develop and execute alternative fleet plans in response to changing business conditions
