Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Six plus years of merchandising, inventory management or business experience
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong financial acumen for retail or cost accounting metrics
- Ability to influence others through data and insights
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manipulate large data sets in Excel and SSAS

Job Duties
- Lead and coach a team of eight Sr. Analysts to develop and execute pricing strategies
- Leverage data to set strategic direction and goals for the global pricing team
- Collaborate effectively across merchandising roundtable stakeholders to communicate price position
- Complete robust financial modeling and provide outcome scenarios for strategic pricing changes
- Drive process best practices and continuous improvement in pricing insights delivery
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance pricing as a global capability
- Establish strong partnerships with Marketing, Store Operations, Finance, and other key areas
