Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in international trade, accounting, or other related discipline
- US Customs Broker’s License in good standing
- Ten or more years of related professional experience
- Five or more years in a trade compliance management position for automotive, manufacturing, or other complex industry
- Experience in supplier FTA solicitations
- Experience in RVC and LVC calculations
- Proficiency in MS Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Automated Commercial Environment (ACE), ACE Portal, Automated Broker Interface (ABI)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
- Willingness to travel up to 15%

- Bachelor’s degree in international trade, accounting, or related discipline
- Ten or more years of professional experience in customs, trade compliance, or related field
- Five or more years in trade compliance management position in automotive, manufacturing, or complex industries
- Experience in supplier FTA solicitations
- Experience in RVC and LVC calculations
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Automated Commercial Environment (ACE), ACE Portal, and Automated Broker Interface (ABI)
- US Customs Broker’s License in good standing
Job Duties
- Develop and manage compliance programs for trade and content-related regulations including USMCA and other US and Canada related FTAs, AALA, and CAFE
- Calculate duties and forecast tariffs for production vehicles and parts
- Lead ongoing cross functional governance reviews for USMCA with major facets of the business including Customs, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Legal, Government Affairs
- Interface with departments to assess the impact of country of origin on sourcing decisions
- Manage submissions and responses to US CBP, Mexico SAT, and Canada CBSA
- Conduct internal reviews and audits related to content activities
- Analyze economic factors affecting trade compliance
