Job Requirements

  • Experience in event management with network oversight
  • Background in music or dance event production and live venue operations
  • Experience in brand marketing with a focus on events
  • Alignment with company social mission
  • Passion for innovation and community impact
  • Knowledge of event production, marketing, and logistics
  • Strong planning, organization, and project management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
  • Ability to travel as needed

Job Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in event management managing a network of events
  • 3 - 5 years in producing music or dance events with live venue operations experience
  • 3 - 5 years in agency or direct brand marketing with branded events
  • Alignment with Red Bull social mission
  • Passion for innovative programming and community support
  • Comprehensive knowledge of event production, marketing, and logistics
  • Proven planning, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to implement innovative practices and take calculated risks
  • Strong communication skills with active listening and clarity
  • Fluency in Spanish is an advantage

Job Duties

  • Support the regional team in executing internationally relevant event properties
  • Collaborate with programming and booking partners to develop necessary guidelines and tools for strategic execution
  • Utilize established network to execute events and maintain vendor relationships
  • Drive processes to define and evaluate event success including project kick-off and postmortem discussions
  • Act as a branding expert ensuring consistent communication of the Red Bull brand
  • Lead cross-departmental alignment with sales teams to integrate branding across events
  • Manage external production and creative partners, including leading RFP and vendor reviews
  • Implement innovations in project management across events network
  • Serve as ticketing expert supporting data analysis and revenue opportunities
  • Support Communications team to optimize media outcomes
  • Build trust and accountability across the organization for the culture program
  • Supervise and develop regional Culture Event Managers
  • Implement training sessions to improve team skills and event execution quality
