Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 to 7 years of event management experience
  • 3 to 5 years experience in producing music or dance events
  • 3 to 5 years experience in agency and/or brand marketing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Fluent English proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of event management experience, preferably across multiple markets
  • 3 to 5 years of experience producing music or dance events with understanding of live venue operations
  • 3 to 5 years of agency or brand marketing experience focused on branded events
  • Alignment with Red Bull’s mission and social passion
  • Passion for innovative programming and supporting community positive change
  • Comprehensive knowledge of event production, marketing, and logistics
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and take calculated risks
  • Ability to execute ideas with focus on quantitative brand objectives
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening and clarity
  • Fluency in Spanish is an advantage

Job Duties

  • Support the regional team in executing internationally relevant event properties
  • Collaborate with programming and booking partners to develop guidelines and tools for titled events
  • Utilize and maintain vendor network including fabricators and sound professionals
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings, postmortem discussions, and recap exercises for event evaluation
  • Act as a branding expert ensuring consistent Red Bull brand communication
  • Lead collaboration with the On-Premise sales team for event alignment
  • Manage external production and creative partners, including RFP and RFI processes
  • Conduct vendor performance reviews
  • Drive innovation in project management systems
  • Provide expert support in ticketing for data analysis and revenue maximization
  • Support Communications team for media outcomes
  • Build cross-functional relationships and trust within the culture program
  • Supervise Regional Culture Event Managers and provide ongoing feedback
  • Implement training sessions with the Director of Culture Events & Booking to improve team skills
