Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 to 7 years of event management experience especially across multiple markets
- 3 to 5 years experience in music or dance event production
- 3 to 5 years experience in agency or brand marketing particularly in branded events
- Strong understanding of event production, marketing, and logistics
- Proven project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to innovate and take risks
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in event management managing networks across markets
- 3 to 5 years experience producing music or dance events with operational knowledge of live venues
- 3 to 5 years experience in agency or direct brand marketing with branded events
- Alignment with Red Bull’s social mission
- Passionate about innovation and supporting positive community change
- Comprehensive knowledge of event production, marketing, logistics
- Proven planning, organizational, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and take calculated risks
- Ability to execute ideas with quantitative metrics to achieve brand objectives
- Excellent communication including active listening and clear articulation
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage
Job Duties
- Support the regional team in executing internationally relevant event properties
- Collaborate with programming and booking partners to develop guidelines and tools for strategic execution of titled events
- Utilize established network to help execute events and maintain connections with vendors
- Drive processes to define and evaluate success metrics for titled big moments through meetings and postmortems
- Act as branding expert ensuring consistent communication of the Red Bull brand across events
- Lead cross-departmental alignment with sales to establish clear working methods
- Manage external network of production and creative partners including RFP and vendor reviews
- Drive innovation in project management systems and share best practices
- Provide expertise in ticketing to maximize data analysis and incremental revenue
- Support communications team to optimize media outcomes
- Build trust and accountability by developing strong cross-functional relationships
- Supervise and mentor regional Culture Event Managers
- Implement training sessions to enhance team skills and event execution quality
