Job Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 8 years experience working in a manufacturing facility

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 8 years experience working in a manufacturing facility
- Technical degree in mechanical or electromechanical systems preferred
- Computer skills to leverage Computer Maintenance Management System
- Ability to work in an inclusive and team environment
- Able to manage and execute work assignments autonomously
- Ability to manage time and priorities to meet required deadlines
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers, machine interface programming, mechanical and electrical tools and instruments and their proper use
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical power, control, and mechanical systems
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and software program proficiency
- Knowledge of food safety and safe work practices
- Thorough knowledge of food processing equipment and processes
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, SOPs, and manuals
Job Duties
- Support production activities through machine and process configuration and changeover
- Troubleshoot by determining root cause and steps to eliminate reoccurrence
- PLC and HMI troubleshooting and enhancements
- General maintenance tasks as assigned
- Assist in project implementations through contractor scheduling and oversight
- Documentation of work tasks associated with equipment, systems, and processes within the Computer Maintenance and Management System
- Support and deliver safety requirements
