Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in key account management
- Previous experience managing large global clients and stakeholders at various levels
- Preferably industry management experience in international freight forwarding or supply chain logistics
- BBIT qualification
- CCP qualification

Job Duties
- Independently conducting customer QBRs including actively identifying opportunities for revenue growth and executing growth strategies
- Use internal tools such as the Customer Insights Portal to identify patterns and trends
- Undertake deep dive investigations to establish and report on clients’ motivations and strategies
- Build strong working partnerships with service partners to optimize service offerings
- Maintain strong communication skills and internal influence with peers and senior stakeholders
- Proactively engage with clients using interpersonal and communication skills via phone email and MS Teams
- Work collaboratively across multi-functional teams to resolve client issues
