Job Duties

  • Develop long-term partnerships with new key customers that increase sales and margins
  • develop and execute strategic sales plans focusing on new customer acquisition
  • guide the sales process for new customers considering internal capabilities and competitive landscape
  • understand new customer needs and create aligned strategic plans
  • explore opportunities with potential customers using the full product portfolio
  • initiate and lead contract negotiations to expand sales volume and ingredient solutions
  • build and develop strong relationships with decision makers and senior management within new customers
  • assess and present tailored solutions aligned with new customers’ business objectives
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with technical capabilities
  • drive customer-driven projects and engage internal stakeholders
  • maintain regular communications with senior internal stakeholders on strategic plans and progress
  • work closely with support teams to ensure excellence in KPIs, contract execution and working capital management
  • perform other related duties as assigned
