Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of aviation safety, flight operations, or operational control experience
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot or Aircraft Dispatcher License
- IOSA Auditor Certification preferred
- Experience with 14 CFR Part 121 air carrier operations or safety preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
- Strong technical writing skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
- Ability to exert physical force occasionally
- 100% onsite work required

Job Duties
- Monitor the effectiveness of Flight Operations and OCC Quality Assurance programs through audits and evaluations
- Identify and monitor critical systems within Flight Operations and OCC divisions
- Conduct audits and internal evaluations using standardized checklists and regulatory guidance
- Document, manage, and track Corrective Action Processes through closure
- Communicate operational, regulatory, and safety concerns promptly to management
- Assist in mentoring, training, and performance assessments of Operational Division Auditors
- Prepare IEP evaluation briefings and reports
- Analyze non-conformities and hazards to identify trends and solutions
- Adhere to the published IEP audit and evaluation schedule
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager, Internal Evaluations
