Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer facing experience within the food service, hospitality or retail industries
- Read, write, follow written or oral instructions and be understood in English
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations
- Ability to meet physical demands involved with job duties
- Ability to work in warm and/or wet environments
- Willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and variable hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Provide safe, accurate, timely food service
- Clean and sanitize food service areas and equipment
- Perform detailed deep cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of floors and floor mats
- Sort and remove waste appropriately
- Execute dishroom and potroom duties
- Work in warm and/or wet environments as required
