- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous luxury hotel experience preferred
- Experience in multi-unit resorts and high-volume establishments
- Experience managing multiple leader direct reports
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide excellent service to internal and external customers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Consistently ensure the maximum guest information is available to the restaurant staff
- Conduct pre-meal meetings with service staff daily
- Supervise floor operations during service
- Ensure service personnel follow established service scenarios using role playing as a training tool
- Monitor overall guest experience and follow up with guest feedback
- Take full ownership of guest experience resolutions and learnings
- Maintain smooth-running food and beverage operations
- Oversee service staff and manager schedules
- Ensure all shift side-work is completed
- Maintain equipment and services in outlets
- Manage all outlet reservations
- Coordinate functions during outlet service
- Monitor and critique food quality and consistency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and safety
- Manage and improve processes to enhance guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor food and beverage staff to achieve four-star service standards
- Conduct performance evaluations and one-on-one feedback meetings
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with accountability
- Develop talent and consistency in service delivery
- Implement staff training programs including POE, MOS and Forbes training
- Continuously check food quality and presentation
- Recognize repeat guests and personalize service
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and atmosphere
- Perform regular walk-throughs with Engineering
- Ensure staff uniforms and appearance meet standards
- Inspect menus daily
- Maintain clean and good condition equipment
- Maintain neat and orderly work areas
- Adjust lights and music appropriately per meal period
- Communicate with Executive Steward for service ware maintenance
- Maintain corporate food and beverage systems and control procedures
- Review purchase requests for approval
- Supervise end-of-month inventories and coordinate with Director of Restaurants
- Contribute to restaurant profitability through cost control
- Perform monthly forecasting and monitoring
- Manage weekly volume forecasts and leadership schedules
- Oversee staffing and payroll forecasts
- Assist with food and beverage requisitioning and inventory
- Perform positive up-selling with staff
- Expedite table turnover and resetting
- Implement sales promotions and merchandising
- Assist with beverage procedures and cashier support
- Adhere to company policies and emergency procedures including CPR
- Enforce liquor liability laws including prohibiting sale to intoxicated guests and minors
- Participate in company training and drive Omni culture
- Attend weekly food and beverage meetings
- Participate in marketing programs
- Facilitate upgrading of children and adult programs
- Assist with backup activities for inclement weather
- Maintain financial and program records related to recreational activities
- Collaborate with other resort departments on events and programs
