Job Requirements

  • Passion and expertise in experiential marketing and event or program management
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience
  • Experience with event management and project leadership
  • Strong multitasking ability
  • Proven ability to build client relationships
  • Budget management or reconciliation experience
  • Willingness to supervise and mentor junior staff
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and desire to succeed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
  • Flexibility for domestic travel and weekend or holiday work
  • Moderate travel commitment with 20-45 percent travel expected

Job Qualifications

  • Five plus years of event or brand marketing experience
  • Experience working in an event management setting with direct ownership or lead responsibilities over projects
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proven success in building strong client relationships
  • Budget management and/or reconciliation experience
  • Desire to supervise, manage, and mentor junior employees
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
  • Flexible and willing to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Lead through all aspects of event programming from initial brainstorm through execution and wrap-up
  • Be the day-to-day client liaison across multiple programs
  • Develop tailored experiential event strategic plans and documentation
  • Assist and/or manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • Oversee the management of materials related to individual events including guest communications, gifting, venue sourcing
  • Create and foster relationships with internal and external partners as well as outside vendors and properties
  • Facilitate and/or manage program budgets and be diligent in all accounting and expense procedures
