Job Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in event management, preferably in a marketing or corporate environment
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in event management software and tools
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies

- Event coordination in customer-facing events such as product launches or trade shows
- Creativity and innovation in event planning and execution

Job Duties
- Lead and oversee the planning, organization, and execution of customer-facing events, trade shows, conferences, product launches, and other marketing events
- Develop full event plans, timelines, and run-of-show documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event strategies and objectives that align with business goals
- Research vendors, venues, and suppliers based on event requirements and evaluate cost, technical capabilities, and contract terms before selection
- Manage event budgets, including vendor negotiations, cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Manage ongoing communication with vendors to ensure alignment on expectations
- Conduct post-event debriefings with internal teams and vendors and update internal documentation to support future event planning
- Travel up to 25%
