Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 6 to 8 years of live event experience
  • Advanced project management and budget skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AV systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel and flexible availability
  • Experience with global event delivery preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and collaboration tools
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams

Job Qualifications

  • 6 to 8 plus years live and event experience
  • Advanced project management skills including budget creation and reconciliation
  • Experience with business meetings, product launches, and experiential events
  • Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
  • Advanced negotiating, risk management, and contracting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and audio-visual systems
  • Creative problem solver and team player
  • Ability to handle pressure and multiple deadlines
  • Willingness to travel and work across global time zones
  • Knowledge of key APAC venues and suppliers
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and collaboration tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Act as the client’s point of contact during event planning and execution
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships
  • Manage and oversee events from concept through execution and reconciliation
  • Source and manage suppliers including contract negotiation
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules and documentation
  • Lead or participate in internal and client meetings
  • Monitor and ensure service level agreements are met throughout event production
