Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4-7 years of relevant event and project management experience
  • Experience managing virtual and in-person events
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong financial planning and budget management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for events
  • Positive attitude and high energy level
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-7 years of event and project management experience including virtual and in-person events
  • Strong understanding of event trends and competitor insights
  • Proven financial planning skills including budget management
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working directly with clients to build strong, positive relationships
  • Ability to work independently and within teams
  • Willingness to travel for live events and site visits
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Act as a trusted project lead creating high-quality, creative events that build brand equity among advertisers and consumers
  • Deliver high-velocity event programs managing multiple stakeholders for virtual and in-person events
  • Organize event plans including research, budgeting, planning timelines, and coordination with venues and suppliers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event personnel and stakeholders communicating logistics before, during, and after events
  • Manage project lifecycle from event strategy, pre-planning, live delivery to post-event reporting
  • Manage client relationships and provide regular reporting
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring objectives are met or exceeded
  • Manage event budgets including creation, management, and reconciliation
  • Oversee internal teams or third-party suppliers ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Identify event opportunities with clients
  • Communicate project updates and progress consistently to clients
