Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in business, law, logistics, economics, international relations, or similar
- 3+ years of duty drawback experience
- strong Excel proficiency
- excellent attention to detail
- strong organizational and analytical skills
- ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- experience in data analysis, financial operations, or technical operations
- knowledge of customs, trade, or duty drawback programs
- effective communication with internal and external stakeholders including government agencies and customs officials
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, logistics, economics, international relations, or a related field
- minimum 3 years of experience in duty drawback
- strong Excel skills

Job Duties
- File duty drawbacks on export shipments
- manage post summary corrections entry and tracking
- perform daily operational checks across export, import, and return data
- monitor return flows
- prepare documentation packets for claims and audits
- work with customs brokers and freight forwarders on entry filings and amendments
- support responses to CF-28 and CF-29 customs requests
- track and report tariff exposure
- support tariff impact analysis for new product introductions and supplier changes
- maintain internal trackers
- handle claim execution tasks
- conduct compliance reviews
- coordinate with internal teams to close operational gaps
