Job Duties
- Lead operational performance across supply chain & logistics, fabrication, assembly, and quality
- Develop and execute long-range manufacturing and supply chain strategies
- Translate enterprise strategy into clear, actionable operating plans
- Establish metrics and routines that support predictable execution
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance flow, throughput, quality, and cost
- Guide procurement and supply chain operations to support material availability
- Build a resilient and diverse supplier network
- Optimize inventory, material flow, and working capital
- Ensure environmental, health, and safety performance across facilities
- Lead quality systems and support ISO 9001 certification
- Strengthen built-in quality practices to enhance first-pass yield
- Build, develop, and empower a high-performing operations leadership team
- Promote adoption of ERP tools and data-driven decision-making
- Represent Operations in executive discussions and cross-functional planning
