Job Requirements

  • Progress toward or completion of a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • At least 12 years of overall restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including hiring and team development
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Ability to work varied and rotating schedules including opening, busy, and closing shifts
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using industry-specific technology tools

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 10 years multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • At least 12 years overall restaurant management experience
  • Proven financial acumen and ability to analyze P&L statements
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with technology platforms such as MIV, Crunch Time, and Kronos
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex problems
  • Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships

Job Duties

  • Ensures all multi-unit food and beverage managers and staff prepare restaurants for next day opening and follow opening/closing checklists
  • Facilitates development and implementation of annual budget, financial forecasts, and business goals
  • Leads hiring, firing, promotion, and scheduling decisions for associates
  • Holds management accountable for onboarding, offboarding, and training compliance
  • Maintains relationships with landlords, unions, and DBE/joint venture partners
  • Ensures restaurants are stocked, equipment is maintained, and product availability is managed
  • Implements marketing programs and drives revenue growth
  • Oversees adherence to safety, health, and sanitation standards
  • Provides coaching and support to restaurant staff to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborates with regional leadership on financial decisions and operational controls
