Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in operations strategy and transformation
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale operations initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in workforce management and labor planning
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and program management tools
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 25%) and work in restaurant environments

Job Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in operations strategy, operations services, or transformation within multi-unit retail, restaurant, or consumer-facing businesses
  • Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable performance improvements
  • Deep understanding of workforce management, field operations, and change management best practices
  • Skilled at simplifying complexity and translating strategy into scalable programs
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator building trust across corporate and field environments
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions and modeling), Google Suite, and program management
  • Willingness to spend 30-40% of time in restaurants and up to 25% traveling to key markets
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for execution and measurable impact
  • Ability to balance big picture thinking with field-level understanding
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning orientation
  • Collaborative, people-first approach valuing partnership and communication
  • Passion for operational excellence and supporting restaurant teams

Job Duties

  • Drive operational transformation to improve simplicity, efficiency, and consistency across restaurants
