Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- bachelor's degree preferred
- must pass a 10-year background check including FAA fingerprint-based criminal history check
- ability to stand or walk approximately 5% of the time
- ability to sit approximately 90% of the time
- ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
- ability to lift overhead up to 50 lbs
- ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously and complete timely

Job Qualifications
- ATP pilots license with B767 and B777 type rating

- knowledge of FAA regulations and operational compliance
- experience with operational control of company aircraft
Job Duties
- Maintain all contracts relevant to flight operations
- manage and supervise all elements of operations engineering including aircraft performance data, infrastructure issues, FMS data customization, and equipment specifications
- formulate operational policies
- ensure prompt reporting, filing, and follow-up action of occurrences to appropriate government agencies
- liaise directly with the FAA on matters including airmen qualifications and regulatory compliance
- oversee training records for all crewmembers and flight dispatchers
- manage reports and correspondence pertaining to operations and flight crews
- maintain flight and duty records
- ensure necessary facilities, workspace, equipment, and supporting services to satisfy safety and security requirements
- maintain familiarity with company manuals, Operations Specifications, and FAA regulations
- maintain liaison with regulatory authorities, OEMs, suppliers, and contractors relevant to flight operations
