Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum five years proven leadership expertise
- two to four years direct foodservice operational management experience
- knowledge of inventory and purchasing control
- understanding of quality, production, sanitation, food cost control, and presentation
- P&L accountability experience preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
- ability to manage client relationships and financial goals
- strong communication skills
- resilience and problem-solving capability
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Services Technology, Management, or related field
- five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience
- knowledge of inventory and purchasing control
- strong food and catering trends knowledge
- previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience
- strong supervisory and leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in financial and budgetary management
- computer literacy including Microsoft Office and internet
- ServSafe certified
Job Duties
- Develop and implement overall operating strategy aligned with business goals

- direct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
