Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree plus four years of related experience
  • Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Experience in inventory and purchasing control
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Ability to mentor and develop staff
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Services Technology, Management, or related field
  • Associate degree with four years of related experience
  • Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience
  • Strong knowledge of food quality, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
  • Previous P&L accountability or contract management experience
  • Strong leadership, management, and coaching skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • ServSafe Certified

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement overall operating strategy aligned with company and client business strategy
  • Take full ownership of driving desired outcomes and hold leadership accountable
  • Evaluate personnel, operations, and culinary situations and make recommendations
  • Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
  • Lead pre-meal briefings and staff meetings to communicate food and beverage updates
  • Advise executives and team members on relevant information in a timely manner
