Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Proven leadership experience with managing teams and budgets
  • Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS or enterprise software markets
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • At least 5 years leading teams in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Deep fluency across paid media, organic acquisition, content strategy, analytics, and marketing automation
  • Skilled at managing large budgets with data-backed rigor
  • Strong strategic storytelling and analytical skills
  • Collaborative leadership and team-building experience
  • Experience scaling systems, processes, and teams

Job Duties

  • Build and execute integrated acquisition strategies across paid, organic, social, events, and content to generate pipeline
  • Translate business goals into data-backed campaign plans aligned to GTM motions
  • Partner with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to measure and ensure funnel health
  • Continuously optimize channel mix, messaging, and budget allocation
  • Define and execute content strategy to drive awareness and conversion
  • Implement an analytics framework to connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes
  • Manage PR and communications to elevate company brand
  • Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team
  • Manage agency and vendor partnerships to scale efficiently
  • Oversee brand guidelines and ensure consistent identity
