Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience in agency operations, project management, or MarTech implementation
  • proven experience managing agency relationships in a large matrixed organization
  • expertise in MarTech platforms and workflow automation
  • demonstrated success in technology adoption and change management
  • strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • experience working with agencies

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in agency operations, project management, or MarTech implementation
  • proven experience managing creative, media, and technology agency relationships
  • deep expertise in MarTech platforms such as Adobe Workfront, DAM, GenStudio, Firefly/Fizzion
  • demonstrated success in technology adoption and change management
  • strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • experience working with agencies is required

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for NA Marketing Community on all agency operations, processes, and tools
  • manage agency relationships including contracts, SOWs, payments, and performance tracking
  • oversee selection, onboarding, and marketing process for Open X
  • lead agency roster assessment for new capabilities
  • track and report on OU scope of work, project briefs, fees, and agency mix
  • coordinate Open X and Studio X transformation including roadmaps and performance surveys
  • lead rollout, training, and adoption of MarTech tools developed by Studio X
  • ensure Studio X MarTech solutions are integrated and scaled
  • track agency and Studio X deliverables and compliance
  • collaborate with Studio X leadership on tool implementation and governance
  • support transition of Studio X functions into MarTech/Agency Ops remit
  • develop and digitize agency engagement processes and training resources
  • champion change management for MarTech and agency processes
  • train and support marketers on agency evaluations and project management tools
  • drive operational efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • partner with Marketing Procurement and Platform Services for alignment and compliance
  • influence and align senior leaders on new processes and tools
  • represent NAOU in global agency and MarTech community
