Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years experience in warehousing and logistics operations including 3PL management and sourcing
  • Proven track record in leadership, project management, collaboration, and communication
  • Demonstrated success in continuous improvement and strategic execution within complex supply chain environments
  • Experience managing operations with food grade or regulated products
  • Experience in highly seasonal or variable volume businesses
  • Systems experience with SAP, JDA, Power Bi, and Microsoft 365

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • MBA or MS preferred
  • Minimum 15 years experience in warehousing and logistics operations including 3PL management and sourcing
  • Proven leadership, project management, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in continuous improvement and strategic execution within complex supply chain environments
  • Experience managing operations with food grade or regulated products
  • Experience in highly seasonal or variable volume businesses
  • Proficiency with SAP, JDA, Power Bi, and Microsoft 365

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute overall distribution strategy and process for finished goods across Meals & Beverages and Snacks divisions
  • Set direction for warehouse network team and validate compliance using core KPIs
  • Lead innovation in productivity, asset utilization, and customer fulfillment solutions
  • Oversee company-operated and third party distribution centers fostering collaboration and continuous capability development
  • Lead identification and reapplication of best practices across logistics processes, analytics, delivery methods, service, and sustainability initiatives
  • Drive cost savings projects ensuring compliance with financial controls including SOX audits and revenue recognition
  • Lead team engagement, talent management, and develop continuous improvement culture within Logistics organization
