Job Requirements
- University degree or equivalent management experience
- Minimum 7 years Hertz Rent a Car or HLE operations experience
- 7+ year people management experience, managing remote teams preferred
- Strong working knowledge of financial statements and metrics
- Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of Hertz operations and systems
- Strong working knowledge of franchise law and contracting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to translate budgets into results
- Understanding of franchisor/franchisee relationship dynamics
- Team oriented with cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bilingual Spanish a plus

- Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
- Proven skills in conflict resolution
- Ability to translate budgets into actionable results and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of successful franchisor/franchisee relationships
- Team player with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
- Bi-lingual Spanish considered a plus
Job Duties
- Protect the integrity of the brand system through the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), franchise agreements and related programs
- Budget and P&L ownership for NA franchise operations
- Maintain positive relationships with franchisees providing ongoing support, communications, operational assessment, business analysis, administration and compliance
- Manage the NA team including budget and responsibilities
- Ensure all franchise documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date
- Monitor Net Promoter Score and service complaint data and work with operators to achieve customer satisfaction targets
- Negotiate and execute franchise agreements through due diligence and collaboration with Legal, Finance and Operations
- Provide financial oversight, develop revenue streams and maintain minimal receivables
- Ensure franchise compliance and consistent brand application across all operations
- Facilitate communication and rollout of new programs to franchise owners
- Conduct franchise location visits for compliance and business development
- Develop and implement contract management processes
- Coordinate franchise openings, transfers and transitions
- Develop reports and tools to measure franchise performance and compliance
- Manage coordination of franchise educational programs
- Serve as trusted partner to Franchise Council and franchisees
