Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year dining server experience
Ability to lead and manage a team
Strong organizational skills
Positive and energetic demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

1+ years of dining server experience
Ability to lead and direct others
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and energy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in hospitality or healthcare dining preferred

Job Duties

Serve as a leader among peers, setting an example for others to follow in creating a vibrant dining experience for Brightview residents and guests
Greet residents entering the dining room, serve meals, and ensure that dining venues are clean and inviting
Participate in the training of new associates and be the role model for the team providing excellence in service standards
Lead the dining service for special functions, private dining events, and special guests
Organize and manage multiple priorities to enhance residents' lives
Maintain a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and energy throughout service
Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards during service
