Job Duties
- Cleans and stocks the assigned dining area
- Ensures food stations are fully stocked
- Monitors food levels and reports need to appropriate senior staff member
- Launders kitchen towels and keeps equipment and server clean at all times
- Erects, dismantles, cleans, and stores dining room furniture
- Makes note of the orders placed and ensures customers receive the correct food items
- Creates a pleasant ambiance in the dining room area
- Assists in the handling of crowds efficiently to reduce wait time
- Secures the dining room when closing for the day
- Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets
