Job Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in customs and trade management
- bachelor's degree preferred in logistics, international trade, or related field or 15+ years direct experience in customs or international trade
- certification in related field preferred
- in-depth knowledge of US/Canada customs regulations and free trade agreements
- experience in project management and process optimization
- strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks
- effective communication with all levels of the organization
- willingness to travel to other sites as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop and manage regional strategies to ensure trade compliance
- handle daily broker issues and support shipment clearance
- lead projects to enhance reconciliation processes and manage ISF processes
- assess risks for new trade topics
- oversee solicitation and qualification processes
- address supplier escalations
- improve processes for duty avoidance and customer requests
- process CBP penalties and information requests
- support government audits
- ensure compliance with customs regulations
- conduct company trainings on free trade agreements
- manage ACE/CARM accounts
- create quarterly KPI reports
