Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have at least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management
- Must be physically able to perform job duties including outdoor work, standing, bending, squatting, and moving quickly
- Must have a valid US driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must pass a satisfactory background check including driving record, employment references, education verification, and social security validation
- No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management
- Leadership experience from organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service preferred
- Valid US driver’s license
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic administrative and accounting skills
Job Duties
- Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general inquiries, and provide resolutions for customers and associated agencies
- Manage outgoing calls including callback management, accounts receivable, and other assigned communications
- Provide high-level customer service by assessing rental needs and assisting customers in person and via phone
- Meet and greet customers promptly, offering friendly and efficient service
- Deliver directions and general assistance to customers as needed
- Assess rental vehicle conditions upon return and process vehicle returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions
- Market company services effectively while safely transporting customers, offering additional service options when appropriate
- Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products including upgrades and protection plans
- Notify management of any vehicle issues or necessary maintenance
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors using hand or mechanical washing methods
- Perform administrative and basic accounting functions including billing support, accounts receivable, and report generation
- Undertake miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned by management
