Job Requirements
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- bachelor's degree
- preferred master's degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development or instructional design
- preferred 5+ years of owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience

Job Duties
- Be the tactical point of contact responsible for assisting the GES contractor safety program
- be accountable for consistent and accurate execution of the Amazon contractor pre-qualification process
- assist with the development and communication of clear contractor safety roles and responsibilities to support construction sites
- support the real-estate legal team and category procurement team in maintaining current safety requirements in contracts
- support daily execution of safety audit program and engage 3rd-party companies to complete construction safety audits
- develop and distribute WHS audit scorecards
- support construction project managers in follow-up of serious incidents and near misses
