Job Requirements

- 2-3 years of job-related experience
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Understanding of relevant processes, procedures, systems, and concepts
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly

- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset
Job Duties
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
- Record, log, and track service requests, providing administrative support to management as needed
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming environment and encouraging guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates
- Build and maintain an up-to-date database of local business recommendations, including preferred transportation sources, dining, entertainment, and more
- Adhere to property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building
- Address inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors, providing solutions in a professional and customer-focused manner
