Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of job-related experience
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Understanding of relevant processes, procedures, systems, and concepts
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
  • Understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function and basic knowledge of related job functions
  • Ability to explain moderately complex concepts or sensitive information clearly and effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset

Job Duties

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
  • Record, log, and track service requests, providing administrative support to management as needed
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming environment and encouraging guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates
  • Build and maintain an up-to-date database of local business recommendations, including preferred transportation sources, dining, entertainment, and more
  • Adhere to property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building
  • Address inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors, providing solutions in a professional and customer-focused manner
