Job Requirements

  • Timeshare experience in sales and marketing required
  • two years management or supervisory preferred or two years timeshare equivalent experience
  • ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to deal with customers and salespeople
  • ability to focus on details
  • ability to handle simultaneous situations
  • ability to handle departmental problems and situations
  • knowledgeable about commission payroll
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to work independently
  • ability to interact with various departments within the company

Job Duties

  • Direct management of SeaWorld and Events Marketing Team including interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign and direct work
  • performance review
  • motivate, reward and provide disciplinary action when necessary including termination and conflict resolution
  • maintain total site marketing conversion according to site marketing standards
  • resolve issues pertaining to tour statuses, bookings, coding and other operational matters
  • order and maintain departmental supplies including collateral material and uniforms
  • maintain copies of invitations and daily tour manifests for reference
  • compile data on each team member’s performance
  • prepare additional reports as required by management
  • coordinate with in-house and front line sales management about tour seats availability and potential tour flow
  • ensure timely and proper dissemination of information related to Marketing and Concierge
  • coordinate with sales regarding new or changed marketing programs including booking and gifting policies
  • submit employee payroll in a timely manner
  • perform other related functions not listed
