Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • six months clerical or office experience
  • ability to work independently and with co-workers
  • ability to multitask and prioritize
  • clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • PC proficiency including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel
  • availability to work Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • ability to lift up to 45 pounds preferred
  • valid driver’s license and good driving record preferred

Job Qualifications

  • six months clerical or office experience
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • clear verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in PC applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • experience as switchboard operator or receptionist preferred
  • ability to lift up to 45 pounds preferred
  • valid driver’s license and good driving record preferred

Job Duties

  • perform complex clerical duties requiring judgment
  • work independently and with co-workers
  • manage multitasking and prioritization of tasks
  • communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
  • use PC proficiency including Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • operate switchboard and receptionist duties (preferred)
  • handle office duties within Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm schedule
